At PowerZen we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, we follow a simple and transparent return and refund policy.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, intact, and in its original packaging.
- All items including manuals, tags, gift items, and accessories must be returned.
- Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery personnel.
- Complaints made after the delivery has been completed will not be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
If there is a valid reason, such as a broken product or wrong item:
- The product will be replaced if stock is available
- Or the advance payment will be refunded
